At GT Omega, we stand behind the quality of our ergonomic home office and racing furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is disassembled and securely placed in its original packaging, including all hardware, accessories, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
